NB: You are allowed up to the pages as relevant in the Web Hosting
Package you Purchase. You can add or remove the pages within your
maintenance costs at any time, therefore there will be no extra
charge. If you wish to add more pages than you have purchased on the
package you purchased, you must upgrade to the next relevant Package.
By doing so, you will only have to pay difference outstanding between
the cost of the current to the next Package that is available based on
the payment scheme you choose, either in Full or by Standing Order for
the Monthly Payment Scheme.
*WebSiteWorld will register your domain name on your behalf, but
yourcompanyoryourname.co.uk will not necessarily be available. In this
instance we will advise you on other reasonable alternatives.

Photos/images/videos can be supplied by E-Mail (preferred) or Post
(CD-ROM).
NB: WebSiteWorld cannot take responsibility for the quality of
photographs/images supplied by the client. It is the responsibility of
the client to scan any photographs that they wish to be used, and to
make sure they obtain any permission required to use any photographs
on their website. Copyright laws still apply to the Internet.

We have powerful servers, most customers won’t have to worry

Process of Initial Publication
Here is a basic run down of what happens when you purchase web design
services from WebSiteWorld:
1) You can

here from the Website and then we E-Mail you the appropriate Web
Design and Hosting Package and Payment Scheme Contract that you ask for, print it, fill it in, and
send it back to WebSiteWorld via the E-Mail Address we send
you.
2) We contact you confirming the Contract has been received, send you
the link to pay your initial payment (Payment is the cost of the First
Monthly Fee) and ask for your site content.
3) You pay the initial payment via Paypal (credit/debit card accepted)
and you send us all the content you want on your website.
4) We send you a confirmation letter by E-Mail when we receive the
initial Payment. We then work on your pre-design and ask for changes, in which
you have one chance to make them.
5) You contact us to discuss the changes (if any).
6) We make the changes (if any) and send you the Template Design-off
document.
7) You sign the Template Design-off document stating you are happy for
publication and send it back to us via the either; Post / Fax /
E-Mail. (Full Contact Details will be Forwarded to you via E-Mail for
this purpose).
8) We confirm the letter has been received and publish the website to
the internet.
9) We then send you the link that will ask you to Pay the rest/balance of your
Payment in Full either via Paypal or Monthly Standing Order, if
Payment is by Monthly Standing Order, we wait for your 2nd Payment via
the Monthly
Payment from the Standing Order that was set up prior.
10) We send you a Confirmation letter by E-Mail when we receive the
payment.
NB: If Payment is in Full, the rest of the payment must be received within 7 days of
receipt, if not, your data will be deleted from the server.
NB: If the Standing Order Payment is not received on the date
specified or cancelled at anytime etc, then payment in full of the
remaining monthly payment scheme balance must be paid to
WebSiteWorld via Paypal & must be received within 7 days of missed
or cancelled Standing Order Payment Date, if not, your data will be deleted from the server.

Standing Order setup with your Bank or Building Society etc*.
3) We send you an Invoice by E-Mail each month for your convenience.
4) We send you an Confirmation Letter by E-Mail when we receive each
Monthly Payment by Standing Order.
*These steps only have to be completed once. After the Monthly Standing Order
has been setup your Bank or Building Society will automatically transfer the
Fees to our
Bank Account.
